Tovi Marketing Program — SMS & Email Terms
When you opt in to Tovi marketing — for example by entering your phone number or email address in a promotion such as our Pick a Card offer, or at checkout — you agree to these terms.
Text message (SMS) program
- You consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. offers, cart reminders) from Tovi at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile plan for details.
- Opt out any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and no further marketing messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at tovi.bag@gmail.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email marketing
You consent to receive marketing emails from Tovi. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email.
Your information
We keep a record of your consent (the consent language shown, a timestamp, and technical details of the submission) as required by law. Sign-up information is collected and stored on infrastructure we control and may be processed by the platforms we use to send these communications.
