30-Day Returns

You can return your TOVI within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at tovi.bag@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you simple instructions to get it on its way.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's on the way.

Exchanges

Want a different bundle or a spare? The fastest way is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Reach out and we'll help make it seamless.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — no return needed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service so your return doesn't get lost on the way back to us.
