What's your return policy?
Every TOVI is backed by a 30-day return window. If it isn't right for you, email us at tovi.bag@gmail.com and we'll make it easy — refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How long are the straps?
In bag mode, the straps run about 19 inches (48 cm) from the top of the strap to the top of the bag — long enough to sit comfortably over your shoulder without cutting into your arm.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes — the more you bundle, the more you save, up to 46% off with the 4-pack. They make great gifts, and most people grab a spare for family.
How fast does it ship?
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and most arrive within 10–16 business days depending on your location. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Is the bag waterproof?
It's highly water-resistant. The Oxford fabric — a tight weave of polyester and nylon — repels water and shrugs off light rain, spills and damp grass to keep whatever's inside dry.
Will it tear under heavy loads?
No. The reinforced straps and stitching are tested to hold 65+ lbs — built for big Costco hauls, not just light errands.
What is TOVI made from?
A durable Oxford fabric — a tight polyester-and-nylon weave — with a smooth, non-porous lining and reinforced, neatly stitched straps. It holds its shape and takes daily use while still looking refined.
How do I clean and care for it?
The water-resistant surface wipes clean in seconds. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water, then air dry — no special care needed.
How much can one TOVI carry?
One bag swallows a full grocery run for a single person, comfortably carrying 65+ lbs. Shopping for two? Grab a pair. Feeding a whole family? The 4-pack is the sweet spot.
Will it hurt my shoulders?
Not at all. The straps spread the load evenly across your shoulder — far comfier than five plastic bags digging into your fingers.
Is it heavy once it's full?
The bag itself is lightweight, and when it's loaded the weight sits across your shoulder instead of dragging on one arm — much easier than carrying a pile of separate bags.
Does it handle wet or frozen items?
Yes. Frozen packs, wet produce, dripping meat trays — the smooth liner keeps everything contained and off you.
Is it food-safe? Will groceries get contaminated?
It's food-safe. The smooth inner lining doesn't absorb spills or bacteria — wipe it down between trips and you're good to go.
Does it hold onto food smells?
No. The non-porous lining doesn't soak up odours — a quick wipe and it's fresh for the next trip.
Can I use it for laundry runs?
Perfect for laundromat trips — it holds a full load, carries easily, and folds flat when you're done.
Will laundry smells stick to it?
No. The non-porous material means smells don't cling — use it for laundry one day and groceries the next.
Will grass or sand ruin it?
It's made for the outdoors. Sand and grass don't stick to the water-resistant surface — a quick shake and it's clean.
Will I get wet sitting on damp grass?
That's the whole idea. The waterproof bottom keeps damp grass on the grass, not on you.
How big is it as a blanket?
